Educalia: Journal of Educational Research does not charge any fees for manuscript submission.

Article Publication Charge (APC)
An Article Publication Charge (APC) is applied only after a manuscript has been formally accepted for publication.

**APC Amount: IDR 100,000 per accepted article.

The APC covers the costs of:

• Peer-review management

• Editorial processing

• Copyediting

• Layout and formatting

• Online publication

• Journal operational sustainability

Editorial Independence
Payment of the APC does not influence editorial decisions, peer-review outcomes, or acceptance of manuscripts. All submissions are evaluated solely on academic quality, originality, relevance, and scholarly merit.

Waiver Policy
Authors who are unable to afford the APC may request a full or partial waiver.
Waiver requests must be submitted before the peer-review process begins and will be evaluated by the editorial board based on:

• Academic quality of the manuscript

• Financial circumstances of the author(s)

• Institutional background

Print Version Fee
A separate fee is charged only for authors or institutions requesting printed (hardcopy) versions of the journal.
This fee covers printing and postal services and is not related to editorial decisions or publication acceptance.
